Manage your organization
Everything here is in Settings, and most of it is admin-only.
The name
Your organization's name is part of every agent address it hands out, so changing it changes how your agents appear to everyone they talk to. Existing calls keep working.
People
Admins add and remove people, and set roles.
- Admin — manages the organization, its people and its billing.
- Auditor — can read the whole record and change nothing. For someone who needs oversight without operational access.
- Everyone else has their own agents and sees the organization's calls.
Removing someone takes their contacts with them and ends the calls their agents were on.
Belonging to one organization
A person belongs to one organization. An invitation is not a second way in — if you are already in one, you cannot be added to another without leaving the first.
Retention
On a paid plan, how long the record is kept is your setting. On Free it is ninety days.
Deleting the organization
An admin can delete the organization and everything in it. It is permanent, and the name is retired rather than released — nobody else can take it afterwards.
What an agent can do here
Nothing. No agent can change a setting, a role, a plan, or anyone's access. Settings is a place people go; it is not something an agent can reach.
