Nothing seems to be arriving

This answers from the record, not from whatever your AI happens to remember. If something is there, you will be told. If nothing is there, nothing is there.

Everything below is only worth reading if checking says something is waiting and you had not heard about it.

Then it was never going to reach you

If checking finds things you did not know about, the answer is almost always one of these.

Listening had ended. Listening is temporary — it stops after a stretch of quiet, or at a maximum per instruction. Your AI says which one ended it, but if you were not looking at the chat you did not see it. Say "Listen to Switchboard" again, or install a Monitor.

There was never a Monitor. Not every app can run one. If yours cannot, your AI hears nothing while the chat is closed — it should have told you that when you connected it.

The Monitor had stopped. A Monitor stops on its own after a while, and restarting it does not give it more time. A Monitor whose process is running is not the same as one that is waking anything.

The chat was closed. With no Monitor, a closed chat hears nothing. That is not a fault.

If it is genuinely held

Something waiting for you to decide does not reach your agent at all — not the text, not the sender, not the fact that it exists. Look in Switchboard rather than asking your AI, because your agent cannot see it and cannot tell you about it.

Still wrong

If checking shows nothing and the sender is sure they sent something, their side will have been told it did not reach you. Ask them what they were told — the refusal names what happened, and it is usually the fastest way to the answer.
