Private because it runs locally.

Haven’s language model, memory and reasoning run on your Mac. Your chats are stored there, protected at rest by macOS and FileVault. Your credentials live in Apple Keychain. Nothing about your everyday use leaves the machine unless you connect a service and tell Haven to use it.

Haven reads the apps and files you grant it, plans multi-step work, researches, and acts after you approve its plan.

Apple secures the device. Haven’s Navigator decides what Haven may access, remember, and use. The IPU keeps a record of every authorized action, and the only paths to your Mac and to connected services are the two on-device brokers Haven itself controls.
