The Personal AI Moment
Some people think AI is a utility — something to be centralized, rented, and metered from massive data centers that consume enormous electricity and require massive cooling infrastructure.
We believe in a different future for AI. As AI becomes more personal and capable, we think it should move closer to the person using it. Decentralization instead of centralization. Microscaling instead of hyperscaling. Owned instead of rented.
Technology has followed the same pattern before. Mainframes gave way to personal computers. Recording studios gave way to digital audio workstations. Film labs gave way to editing software. Broadcast media gave way to personal content.
