Haven for Mac is also covered by these Site Use terms.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Haven only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to bypass macOS security or permission prompts, reverse engineer the software except where permitted by law, or use Haven to harm others or their systems.

Product and development
Haven is a product under active development. Features, specifications, and behavior described in the app or on our website may change. We will communicate material changes through release notes, in-app notices, or email when appropriate.
Software included with Haven is provided as-is. Anywhere Intelligence makes no warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose. We are committed to ongoing updates and support, but reserve the right to modify or discontinue features.
Haven stores your conversations, memories, and knowledge on this Mac. Anywhere Intelligence is not responsible for loss of data, models, or configurations on your device. Maintain your own backups of important information.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Anywhere Intelligence Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Haven, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to Haven shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars if you received Haven at no charge.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use of Haven after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
