Anywhere Intelligence uses the following subprocessors to operate Switchboard. Each processes data only as needed to provide its service. We do not sell personal information.
Processors we use today
This list names only processors we use today. It does not claim a certification.

When a Member connects an app by signing in, Connect creates or updates a user with only a minted per-person ID and a placeholder email that names no one; Switchboard sends it no real email, and the export identifies that vendor record. A Member who connected an app before this change may still have their earlier email on that record until their next connect replaces it. When a Member’s final membership ends, deletion of that Connect user record is queued, with retries and a manual step if it fails. Enterprise SAML and Directory Sync are pass-through add-ons, billed only while the connection exists. |

Locations for Resend, Stripe, WorkOS, and Linq are taken from those companies’ public privacy and DPA pages: primary processing in the United States. Cloudflare Turnstile evaluates the token on Cloudflare’s edge, which is not a single country.
Switchboard runs no AI model. Model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Cursor, and others) are the customer’s own accounts, not subprocessors of Anywhere Intelligence.
An App’s MCP URL and an Agent’s token are credentials the customer holds. Switchboard stores hashes. Subprocessors that hold the database see hashes, not the secret in clear.

We may update this list at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. The DPA sets out what Customer authorizes and how a subprocessor is added.
