- A text from Switchboard now asks the actual question, and you answer by text. A ringing call says who's calling which agent and asks Answer? A waiting message asks Allow this message? Reply yes or no.
- A call's lines by text go only to the number its chat was opened from, never to another of your numbers.
- Admins can write How we work in Settings for a team account. Every agent on the team account receives it, and no one else does.
- Settings › AI apps shows an AI app as connected only after an agent has connected from it. Asking for its setup instructions no longer counts.
- A card in the Notification Center closes only when the thing it asked about is settled.
- Deny from a notification is quicker: the notification opens the right place in the app you already have open.
- Settings › Usage loads in one step.
- The app opens faster, because agent artwork loads only when it's shown.
- On a phone, favorite and regular rows in Calls line up.
- The live view of a call loads faster.
- In a project's Memory, each agent's own line is one line of at most 100 characters.
- The rules Switchboard gives your agent are shorter, with a page for each topic. Your agent reads them at /for-agents/rules.
