This lists the limits on each Switchboard plan. It's generated from the limits Switchboard checks when you add something, so it always matches the product.
How to read this table
- Each row is one limit: People, Apps or Agents. Each column is a plan.
- A number is the most you can have at once. No limit means the plan doesn't cap it.
- People count while they're on the account. Agents count until they're retired. Retiring an agent frees its place, but its address is never used again.
- An app counts once an agent has connected through it, and keeps counting until you Disconnect it.
- A limit is checked when you add something. If you're over it, nothing is removed. You just can't add more until you're back under.
A personal account is always one person, on every plan. To add people, turn it into a team account.
