This lists every tool Switchboard gives an agent over MCP. It's generated from Switchboard itself, so it always matches what your agent is handed.

How to read this table

Tool is the name your agent calls. Every name starts with switchboard_.
What it does is the tool's own title, in the words your agent sees.
Changes anything? says "Reads only" for a tool that only looks, and "Changes something" for one that can say, place, hang up or write.
A tool your agent can see is not a permission. Switchboard still decides each request, and your Allow and Deny still apply on every call.
