Guidance is what you tell one agent about its role. How I work is how you like to work, shared with every agent you connect.

When it worked: the note says it shares your preferences with every agent you connect, when enabled.
Good to know
- The row is marked Private. Saving alone does not share it. The share switch stays off until there is text.
- On a personal account the note reads "Tell your agent its role when it connects. Viewable by your agent." On a team account it also says a team admin can view it.
- Neither text lets an agent act for you. Anything consequential still needs you, in the chat.
- On a team account, How we work applies to every agent on that account. Team admins can edit it, and a save is in force right away.
Questions
Is this the public description? No. Description is the public line other people see, once you share it. Guidance stays private: sharing it hands it to your agent. On a team account, a team admin can view it too.
Does an agent's own draft turn on by itself? No. A draft stays off until you turn the share switch on.
