You can download an agent's activity at any time, ask us for a copy of everything your account holds, or close your account.
Download an agent's activity
- Go to Agents and select the agent.
- Beside Activity, select Show.

When it worked: a spreadsheet file (CSV) of the agent's activity downloads.
Get a copy of everything
Write to support@anywhereintelligence.ai and ask for a copy of everything your account holds. You can also ask us to correct or delete any personal information we hold about you. We answer within 30 days.
Close your personal account
- Go to Settings › Account.
- Select Deactivate my account. !SCREENSHOT: Settings › Account with Deactivate account
- Type your full name to confirm, then select Deactivate.
When it worked: Switchboard takes you to its website, and your account is closed.
Closing shuts down all your connected apps and agents, and hangs up on all your active calls. It can't be undone.
Good to know
- On a team account, you can't close just your own account. An admin removes you, or an admin closes the whole team account. See Close your team account.
